Bazhen soup, the name of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, also known as Bazhen San. It is a tonic with the effect of replenishing qi and blood.
Prevent Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome. Pale or chlorosis, dizziness, fatigue of the limbs, shortness of breath, lazy speech, heart palpitations, reduced diet, pale tongue, thin white fur, weak pulse or weakness. It is often used clinically to treat post-ill weakness, various chronic diseases, and women with irregular menstruation and other people with deficiency of both qi and blood.
Cooking methods
•Clean the materials
• 8 rice bowls of water (1000ml)
•Put in chicken/lean meat/pork bones, boil the water on a high fire, and remove the impurities
• Put all the ingredients in the pot
• Boil on low fire for up to 3 hours
